The contact form opens a pre-filled email to hello@govinit.online. The website itself does not save the message, email address or stakeholder type.
Privacy
Data collection should stay proportionate to the stage of the website.
The current website is a static public information layer. It does not store form submissions, run a database or collect sensitive operational data through the site.
Analytics posture
The site includes lightweight event hooks for page views, CTA clicks and form actions. No third-party analytics script is currently included in the static site.
What not to submit
Please do not submit sensitive district data, confidential government information, personal records, passwords or private operational documents through the public contact form.
Before a backend is added
Any future database, CRM or CMS workflow should add a fuller privacy notice, spam protection, access controls, export policy and deletion process before storing submissions.
Future forms
Form pathways will remain purpose-specific.
The planned form pathways are government interest, funder interest, contributor interest, solution review and advisor interest. Each should ask only for information needed to route a serious conversation.
